TWA Gloucester Reunion – Friday and Saturday 12th and 13th September 2025
Tickets: £80.00 per person for two days – £50.00 per person for Saturday only
This does not include accommodation.
You are welcome to bring a guest, however, if your guest is an ex-PRS pupil, they must also be a fully paid-up TWA member. Ticket prices exclude accommodation, parking fees and any other miscellaneous hotel expenses.
The four star rated Gloucester Robinswood Hotel is a Best Western Signature Collection hotel. It has a total of 95 rooms, a number are fully wheelchair accessible, and is 3 miles from Gloucester Railway station and city centre. Gloucester and the surrounding area do have many attractions ranging from the city centre, the dock area the nearby forest of Dean. If you are feeling particularly energetic, or like watching others being so, next door to the hotel is one of the biggest artificial ski slopes in the country! The hotel has a swimming pool, spa and treatments are available. Car parking for the reunion is free.

Friday evening –
The reunion weekend begins with a welcome drink followed by a fork buffet.
Saturday morning and afternoon will be a time to spend with your friends or explore the surrounding area.
Saturday evening is the formal Dinner followed by a Disco Dance.
For the Saturday dinner you can opt to be seated with your friends or take pot luck. Your booking form will give details of the menu options, you must make your selection when booking your ticket.
You will find your booking form enclosed in the Autumn edition of the Newsletter – if you wish to pay by credit/debit card the safest option is to log onto the TWA website and use the PayPal system. You do not need a PayPal account – just your card details – full details on the form.
To enable us to plan the event please return your booking form and deposit ASAP.
Don’t forget to complete your choices for the Saturday dinner. If you choose to pay a deposit you must pay the balance by 30th June 2025.
Accommodation
We have initially reserved 60 double/twin rooms in the hotel for TWA members at a preferential rate and hotel bookings should be made direct to the hotel. More rooms will be made available if the initial 60 are reserved. Bedrooms are of a high standard but if you wish to upgrade your room you should discuss this directly with the hotel.
Please secure your room booking with the hotel as soon as possible as spaces will be limited.
The B&B rates per room / per night are: £100.00 single occupancy and £115.00 for double occupancy. To make a room booking please phone +44 03300283408 and quote Wilhelmshaven as the reference.
If you wish to extend your stay to include either the Thursday or Sunday night or both, the same discounted room rate applies. Check-in is from 3.00 pm and check out at 11.00am on the day of departure.
Car parking is situated next to the hotel and is free of charge.
If you or your guest are disabled, it is strongly recommended that you advise the hotel of this when making your booking and again on arrival. Similarly, if you need help either unloading your luggage or carrying it to your room please let the hotel reception know that you need assistance. A fee of £2 will be charged on each occasion for porterage services
Getting there: By Car – Gloucester Robinswood Hotel, Marlstone Close, Robinswood Hill, Gloucester, GL4 6EA. By Train – The hotel is situated a circa. 10 minute taxi ride from Gloucester station. The station is well served by taxis. By Air – The nearest airport is Bristol Airport.
Alternative Accommodation: If you choose not to stay at the Reunion venue there are alternative hotels near Gloucester city centre.
